Professional Development

Professional development is essential to improving the learning experiences and outcomes of students. As a learning community, Rossbourne School has a responsibility to provide the appropriate support for teachers and the school community to continually develop their knowledge, skills and career opportunities through a comprehensive professional development program. It is our professional responsibility to keep abreast of new developments in education, i.e. teaching styles, articles, IT resources, assessment tools, new developments in student and classroom approaches, etc

Reports on professional development activities attended by staff outside of school will be communicated to the staff by email, briefings at staff meetings, sharing of resources.
